UAB establishment – smoothly and easily for your business

The needed information:

  • the founders (shareholders) data: name, surname, personal identification number, address of the place of residence. If the founder is a legal person – name of company, company code, registration address, director’s name, surname, personal code, the Articles of Association, registration certificate (statement). When the founder is a foreign legal person – registration certificate (statement) confirming that the founder is registered in The Register of Legal Entities of a foreign State with Apostille and translation into Lithuanian language;
  • the director’s name, surname, personal identification number, address of the place of residence;
  • company name;
  • company registration address (if premises are owned by a individual person, the Agreement must be certified by a notary; if the premises owner is a legal person, the Agreement must be signed by the director of a legal person; if the premises are pledged to the Bank’ s consent is required);
  • information on what percentage of shares will be managed;
  • company activity/-ies;
  • estimated amount of the authorized company capital (minimum UAB authorized capital – 1000 Eur);
  • contacts (phone number, e-mail address).

 We will do the following:

  • we will check your chosen name in The Register of Legal Entities and trademark databases;
  • we will assess the compliance of the name you have chosen with the norms of the Lithuanian language;
  • we will reserve your chosen name to the Register of Legal Entities;
  • we will prepare the founding documents (Act of Settlement/A Settlement Agreement, the Articles of Association, founder decision/protocol of the founding meeting);
  • we will open accumulative bank account for registered company;
  • we will form the authorized capital;
  • we will provide the registration address to the company;
  • we will register the company in The Register of Legal Entities;
  • we will make a stamp (if necessary).

  1. You can establish UAB on your behalf: the price from 250 Eur.

  3. Registration in The Register of the VAT payers – 200 Eur.
