Where to start?
In order for us to provide you with an offer for a registration company in the UAE, please provide the following information:
- Company name;
- Data and contacts of the founders (phone number and e-mail);
- Planned activities;
- Intended market of activity (indicate whether you will operate in the UAE or outside).
IMPORTANT – Freezone companies are suitable for consulting services and remotely activities, however, in order to have a physical place in Dubai, registration of a Mainland company is required.
Company registration takes just 3-5 working days, and no need to go to Dubai or be a UAE resident. However, in order to open a bank account or work from an office in Dubai, you need to apply for a resident visa once you arrive in the country. There are no additional requirements for company shareholders and managers who would like to obtain a UAE resident visa, it is sufficient for them to have a registered company and to be in the country legally.
You can choose to establish a company in the main area of Dubai (Mainland) and in the free zone (Freezone), depending on the nature of the planned activity and the circle of customers. If you are interested in starting a business in a world-class city, contact us for an initial free consultation.
IMPORTANT: There are no monthly fees in Dubai, but there is a licensing system, where any activity is licensed and the first license fee is paid at the time of company registration, and the license obtained is valid for one year. The license must be renewed annually in order to continue activity. The price of a license starts from AED 14,000 to AED 17,000 (3,557.45 EUR to 4,319.77 EUR).
