The most popular grounds for obtaining TRP in Lithuania are company registration in Lithuania and performing the job in Lithuanian company.
- It is possible to obtain TRP in Lithuania by investing in company or business. You can apply for TRP under the basis of establishing a company, in this case you have to provide only copy of passport and certificate of criminal record. The company has to be active for at least 6 months and meet necessary requirements set by the Migration Department.
- The other ground for obtaining TRP is performing the job in Lithuanian company. You have to provide the diploma (you must have a profession) and experience of at least 1 year.
